Mailing Label & Shipping Information

The Dentist's Helper now provides our product repair mailing label online. After contacting us and arranging your repair, simply print the mailing label located in the following .PDF file and attach it to your shipment. Fill out the form that is with the label and include it inside the box with the items you are sending. Repair work on two or more handpieces is required for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
Packages will not be accepted without a valid & proper return address on the mailing label.
